Your wedding day is one of the most meaningful investments you’ll ever make, and your media coverage should reflect that. Choosing the right media team — one that aligns with your vision, priorities, and expectations — is essential. We specialize in capturing both the artistry and emotion of your day, whether you prefer candid storytelling or thoughtfully staged moments.
We prioritize our services to couples who value exceptional documentation of their wedding day. If capturing your story through photo and video is important to you, we’ll be a great fit.

Before you reach out,
1. Inquiry & First Meeting — Discovery
Once you submit a contact form or schedule through Calendly, our team reviews your information and reaches out to schedule your discovery meeting (about 1 hour).
In this meeting, we’ll:
Get to know you and your partner
Hear about your wedding vision and priorities
Share our background and filmmaking philosophy
Ensure we’re the right creative fit
After confirming mutual alignment, we’ll recommend the ideal media package based on your wedding style, timeline, and goals.
Our First Meeting
Once we have confirmed your booking, we will have our 1st pre-production meeting
This longer meeting (1–2 hours) focuses on logistics and personalization. We’ll coordinate:
Wedding day timeline
Wedding specifics (location, guest count, style)
Media preferences and creative direction
Package options and add‑ons
Answer any questions you and your partner may have
What happens after your Wedding Day
All of this info will be based off pre-production meeting documents you will have access prior to our meeting!
Second Meeting
For our 2nd pre-production meeting (1-2 hours), we will finalize all the details from our first meeting and these documents:

We will also walk you through your Wedding day and what it will look like from our end.

Documents we will fill out:
Wedding Day Timeline
This will be like any other wedding day timeline. There will be some specifics that we will add on our end to give direction for media. We ask to please base any other timeline off ours or give us a current timeline we can use.
Wedding Specifics
This will be details like the type of wedding, number of guests, location, and more. We like to picture the wedding without actually having to be there, allowing us to get the best preparation possible.
Personalize Package Details
This is where you help create the vision for your film or photos! You'll get to share what shoot style you like, any personalized features to include, provide examples of media you like, and more!
Some of these things may not be answered all in either meeting, that's okay! We plan these pre-production meetings way in advance so you have time to think.
Wedding Day Coverage
The most important part!
On your wedding day, our team arrives at least 30 minutes early to set up. Every media package includes:
Multiple shooters to capture both partner perspectives
Supportive coordination with other vendors
Seamless coverage according to your timeline
Our goal is to make your experience smooth, relaxed, and enjoyable — with natural, beautiful media that tells your story.
The next part of the process:
Immediately after your shoot, we will back up all of your media, organize it, and deliver it to our editors.
Once in the editors hands, we have a meeting with them to go over how your film/photos will be styled. The editing process will take 2-3 months for photo and 3-4 months for video.
Along the way, we will update you and answer any questions you may have. Once we have examples of work, we will send them as soon as possible for you to see.
Every piece of media will be a “Rough Draft” until it has been reviewed and approved by you & your partner. This will be your time to give revisions and suggestions.
Once everything is approved, a Private Gallery Page will be created allowing you to easily share your Wedding with all your friends and family!

How to access your media?
Every client receives a private, password‑protected gallery page. From there you can:
Share with family and friends
Download all final photos and videos
Access backups for 1 year inclusive
Your media is beautifully organized and easy to share.

This will be on your private gallery page! There will be a link and you will be given a password to access it.

For video, all of our packages include 3 revisions once the final rough draft is sent off. For photo, you will have at least 20 photo revisions to submit. You will be given a 2 week approval period once rough drafts are sent. If we receive no response by the 2 week period, your media is automatically approved and uploaded to your gallery page.

Every client receives 1 year of backed up media. This date starts when your Final Gallery page is delivered.

After the initial Discovery meeting, you will have 2 pre-production meetings. Each will go over important info as well as your package choice. In these meetings you will also meet your photographer and/or videographer.

You will get 100 miles round trip before a travel fee is charged. This is for every package we offer.
