When planning a wedding, things can get chaotic. That's why we like to be as transparent as possible so you're prepared!
The Process.
First things first,
Before contacting us, its good to know a few things:
This is an important investment, so we treat it as such.
Spending tens of thousands of dollars on one single day makes picking the right media company VERY important. To us, we are preserving a huge investment so you can savior it for years to come. Each wedding company has different styles, visions, and goals of what your wedding film will look like. Make sure you find one that's on the same page as you.
We prioritize our services
If having media coverage of your day is an after thought, we may not be the best fit. When hiring us, capturing your day is our main priority, so we believe it should be for you as well. Whether you want to stage a bunch of shots or have everything be natural, we expect time set aside for video & photo.
We work as a team
To ensure we are delivering the best service possible, we must work as a team to make it happen! From the first pre-production meeting all the way to the final delivery, we expect you to be by our side every step of the way (not literally!!).
This may sound like a lot but we promise— its not!
We handle all of the heavy lifting on the production side to make the process as simple and smooth as possible.

Our First Meeting
Once an inquiry is submitted, we will review the submission and reach out to schedule a 30 minute to 1 hour meeting.
This meeting will be to touch base, learn more about you and your partner as well as share a little background about us! We prefer having both you and your significant other present for each meeting we have. Once we've made sure this is a good fit for everyone, we will then move forward to discuss services that we offer.
From there, we will learn more about what type of media coverage you're looking for. This will allow us to suggest a media package that fits your Wedding best.
After a service is chosen, we will schedule a second meeting to finalize package details, shoot dates, style, and more.
An agreement will be sent to you during our first meeting so if there's any questions/changes, we can take care of them right then and there.
Second Meeting
This meeting will most likely be longer then our first, around 1-2 hours.
Once we have confirmed your booking, a few documents will be sent via email in a shared google drive folder. This will be our folder that we use throughout the whole process.
The three important documents we will be going over will be your Wedding day Timeline, Wedding Specifics, and Personalized Package Details. You will be given the opportunity to fill out these documents before hand which will shorten the meeting length. This is not required but we do ask for you to read through each document thoroughly before our meeting.
Wedding Day Timeline
This will be like any other wedding day timeline. There will be some specifics that we will add on our end to give direction for media. We ask to please base any other timeline off ours or give us a current timeline we can use.
Wedding Specifics
This will be details like the type of wedding, number of guests, location, and more. We like to picture the wedding without actually having to be there, allowing us to get the best preparation possible.
Personalize Package Details
This is where you help create the vision for your film or photos! You'll get to share what shoot style you like, any personalized features to include, provide examples of media you like, and more!
Some of these things may not be answered all in this meeting, that's okay! We plan these pre-production meetings way in advance so you have time to think.
The Wedding Day
The most important part!
From the second meeting to the wedding day, we will stay in touch to make sure nothing has changed.
To start off the day, we will arrive 30 minutes early to set up gear. No matter the package, we usually have one shooter go with each person (Bride/Groom). Unless specifically directed not too, we like to make sure we cover both you and your partner.
From there, we follow the timeline and work alongside anyone else capturing media.

The next part of the process:
Immediately after your shoot, we will back up all of your media, organize it, and deliver it to our editors. This will take about a week.
Once in the editors hands, we have a meeting with them to go over how the style of your film/photos will be styled. The editing process will take 2-3 months for photo and 3-4 months for video.
Along the way, we will update you as well as ask any questions we need answered. Once we have examples of work, we will send them as soon as possible for you to see.
Every piece of media will be a “Rough Draft” until it has been reviewed and approved by you & your partner. This will be your time to give revisions and suggestions. We will do our best to complete all of these requests but no revision is guaranteed 100%.
From the day we send you rough drafts, you will have 2 weeks to send back revisions (you will have 3 revisions for any video package & at least 25 revisions for any photo package)
If no response/revision is given by this 2 week period, your film with be automatically approved and uploaded to your gallery page.
How to access your media?
Every client will have their own private gallery page with all of their media displayed and organized, kind of like a personal portfolio!
We do this because it makes things easier to show family members & friends. On this gallery page, there will be a download link you can click to download all of your media (we back up all projects for 1 year). This link will be password protected so don’t worry about friends and family downloading your stuff!

This will be on your private gallery page! There will be a link and you will be given a password to access it. This way you can still send this gallery page to all your friends and family without worrying about them downloading your media.

For video, all of our packages include 3 revisions once the final rough draft is sent off. For photo, you will have 20 photo revisions to make. We work with our clients to make them happy so we do our absolute best to ensure all revision are made. You will be given a 2 week approval period once Rough Drafts are sent. If we receive no response by the 2 week period, your media is automatically approved and uploaded to your gallery page.

Every client gets 1 years of backed up media. After 1 year we are not responsible for keeping your media or replacing it. This date starts when your final gallery page is delivered. This is not to say we will delete it immediately or won’t help you if it gets lost after one year.

We will have 2 pre-production meetings. Each will go over important info as well as your package choice. In these meetings you will also meet your photographer and/or videographer.

You will get 100 miles round trip before a travel fee is charged. This is for every package we offer.
